I graduated from Cleveland State University in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Where I majored in Information Systems Technology (IST) and minored in Computer Information Science (CIS). I am currently employed at University Hospitals of Cleveland as a Citrix Systems administrator. I am also currently working towards my Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification while learning more about citrix administration and the citrix environments so I can become certified in those fields as well.
